My Story

Welcome! Nice to virtually meet you.
 
My name is Nichole, and I’m happy you’ve found your way here. To start off, health and fitness are what I find the most passion in.
 
I have been committed to working out for over a decade, and a coach in kettlebells for 6 years now.
 
I discovered my love for fitness while experiencing a low point in my life and at one point working out became my escape, which eventually turned into an addiction.

Why Use Kettlebells?

I chose to use kettlebells as my main form of strength while testing other modalities of training and shortly realized I loved the concept of achieving more functionality out of my workouts.
 
Little did I know at the time, kettlebells were my answer.
 
Kettlebells require a lot of explosiveness, commitment, and power in ways that other strength training models don’t and after using them for a few short months, I knew I had found my calling.
 
Over the years I have improved my strength and movement patterns drastically. I learned I can gain and apply strength in ways I never thought to before.
 
Now a huge part of my passion is shifted and invested in helping others find their passion for working out in order to achieve their ideal level of fitness to feel happier and more confident!
